Synchro REPLA:Y is the fastest and the most powerful laser on the market equipped with one of the highest number of laser dots. Synchro REPLA:Y is well ahead of its time: it represents the first system combining a high-performance (125 W) 3 Hz fastest Alexandrite laser and a powerful (150 W) and fast Nd:YAG laser with unbeatable features.

Both lasers are endowed with a large range of laser dots from 2,5 up to 20 mm. Intense pulsing light offers five filters (from 500 nm to 650 nm at a low-end wavelength limit) that can be easily adjusted, thus enabling a wide selection of highly effective and safe treatments.

Synchro REPLA:Y provides 3 different platforms for both the Alexandrite and Nd:YAG lasers. Such a rich setting range empowers the doctor to customise the characteristics of the Alexandrite and Nd:YAG lasers in tune with the flexible and adjustable DEKA FT pulsing lamp. In all of its optional settings DEKA possesses a highly effective technology for skin cooling. Designed in accordance with innovative requirements, the skin cooling system SmartCooler reduces recovery time, minimises the invasiveness of treatment and in essence makes it painless. It ensures not only maximum comfort for the patient but also the highest safety for the doctor and patient.

Deep reach of the laser is optimised and maintained on the surface thanks to the FT pulsing light setting.

All-round FT lamp can be connected to the system at any time increasing the user’s ability to treat superficial vascular and pigmented lesions. The FT lamp covers a large treatment area (6,3 cm2) and allows to cool it down to 4 °C. Depending on the patient’s skin type the doctor can adjust a wavelength filter in order to amend the light emission. Other special filters allow to limit the treated area to mere 3,1 cm2 so that the emission is set for a smaller area.
