Laser removal of varicose veins
External and genetic factors are involved in the formation of varicose veins. They are also fundamentally affected by the wrong lifestyle, diseases and hormonal changes. Permanently dilated veins and capillaries in the face (telangiectasia) are not only unaesthetic, but often signal the onset of a disease called rosacea, which may initially appear to be merely reddening of the face, such as couperosis. At a later stage, numerous dilated veins in the face may be visible, resulting in a disruption of the blood supply to the skin and subsequent inflammatory pimples, resembling moderate acne. Treatment must begin as soon as possible. The most effective therapy is the use of a special DEKA Synchro NdYAG vascular laser.

How laser removal of varicose veins works
The laser beam of the vascular laser searches for the catheter because it is absorbed in the blood pigment hemoglobin without disturbing the surrounding tissue. Inside the vessel, the laser energy absorbed in the hemoglobin is converted into thermal energy, which causes the vessel to shrink and seal. Waste fragments are eliminated from the body by natural metabolic processes.
The treatment itself is painless. You may feel warm or pinched with a larger tube diameter. After the procedure, the vein disappears immediately without any subsequent symptoms.
Before the procedure
Before the treatment, it is necessary to tell the doctor in person if you do not suffer from any chronic, mainly vascular diseases. Prevention is also important. Smaller veins can also lead to more serious problems, which can lead to varicose veins (in the case of dilated veins in the legs).
Regeneration
In larger vessels, the area may be reddish, gradually fading or slightly browning within a few days, disappearing completely after a short time. The treated area is sensitive to the sun’s rays, so we recommend applying creams with high protection factors. It is advisable to postpone your stay in the sauna, solarium or in direct sunlight for about two weeks.
Contraindication
Laser used
At our clinic, the procedure is usually performed with a Synchro ND: Yag laser from the Italian manufacturer DEKA.
The system offers the widest range of wavelengths: Alexandrite, Nd: YAG and pulse lamps. Laser offers 3 different platforms. The benefits of these settings give doctors the ability to customize the characteristics of the alexandrite and Nd: YAG lasers along with a flexible and optional pulse lamp. Designed to meet innovative requirements, the SmartCooler skin contact cooling system reduces recovery time, minimizes treatment invasiveness, and makes it essentially painless, with maximum patient comfort.

Laser removal of birthmarks
Before each removal of the birthmarks, it is always necessary to examine the mark with a dermatoscope in order to exclude a suspicious unit that is sent to histology. The removal of the mark itself takes place with a suitable laser, the precisely aimed beam of which grinds the pigment of the mark into small particles, which are then washed away naturally from the body.
Laser removal of warts
Plantar warts are removed mainly for aesthetic reasons. It forms on any part of the body, which can be unpleasant but not dangerous. Their disadvantage is that they can multiply and then it is more difficult to get rid of them. The simplest solution is laser treatment, which is an effective and for many patients the simplest way of removal.
Laser hemangioma removal
Hemangioma is a congenital benign tumor of vascular tissue. The energy of the laser passes through the skin and is preferentially absorbed by the hemoglobin in the vessels within the vascular lesion or hemangioma. The heat from the laser destroys the blood vessels without damaging the surrounding tissue.
