Laser removal of skin lesions
Laser removal of skin outgrowths, pigment spots and tattoos is an effective, painless method used in aesthetic dermatology.
These are mainly warts (genital warts), papillomas, mollusks, fibromas, nevus, lipomas (fat lesions), birthmarks and other benign neoplasms.
Skin neoplasms tend to have different natures, but they have one thing in common – they are unaesthetic to look at and cause discomfort, especially if they appear on the face or in places where they fit snugly to clothing. This can injure them.
Our clinic has a wide range of lasers from the Italian manufacturer DEKA. It occupies a very important leading position in the international market of competitive lasers. We offer the removal of any type of skin growths and pigmentation thanks to the multifunctionality of our device.
Advantages of laser removal compared to other methods:
- takes place under local anesthesia and is painless
- Due to the high accuracy of lasers during removal, healthy skin tissues are not affected
- leaves no scars – healthy skin is created at the site of removaland pigment balances with the surrounding tissues
- The healing process takes in average of 4-14 days
- When removing a small neoplasm, the treatment takes only a few minutes
- the laser completely removes the neoplasm, thus preventing its regrowth
- small neoplasms are removed after only one procedure
- no bleeding
- no risk of infection

Laser growth removal
Removal of growths (unpigmented nevus) with a modern SmartXide2 CO2 laser. The effect of the laser is based on gradual evaporation of the individual layers of the skin. The laser focuses a light beam that hits only the lesion we want to remove.
Laser removal of warts
Plantar warts are removed mainly for aesthetic reasons. It forms on any part of the body, which can be unpleasant but not dangerous. Their disadvantage is that they can multiply and then it is more difficult to get rid of them. The simplest solution is laser treatment, which is an effective and for many patients the simplest way of removal.
Laser hemangioma removal
Hemangioma is a congenital benign tumor of vascular tissue. The energy of the laser passes through the skin and is preferentially absorbed by the hemoglobin in the vessels within the vascular lesion or hemangioma. The heat from the laser destroys the blood vessels without damaging the surrounding tissue.
Laser removal of birthmarks
Before each removal of the birthmarks, it is always necessary to examine the mark with a dermatoscope in order to exclude a suspicious unit that is sent to histology. The removal of the mark itself takes place with a suitable laser, the precisely aimed beam of which grinds the pigment of the mark into small particles, which are then washed away naturally from the body.
Laser removal (correction) of scars and stretch marks
Laser scar removal is a modern safe method that reduces scars, including keloids and stretch marks of various ages. In addition to its location, the appearance of the scar is also affected by age, and genetic predispositions play an important role. The state-of-the-art lasers can smooth out the resulting inequalities and, by their action, support the formation of new collagen under the scar. This leads to its alignment and withdrawal.
Laser removal of pigment spots and melasma
Pigment spots are a problem that might cause a lot of mental discomfort. Pigmentation is difficult to hide and it is much more difficult to get rid of it.
However, our clinic has a number of methods that allow you to remove pigment spots once and for all.
Laser tattoo removal
We remove tattoos with the most modern Q-switch depigmentation lasers from the DEKA manufacturer. The deep penetration energy of the Q-switch system allows you to work safely on the entire color range of tattoos, without scarring and skin discoloration. The laser beam only targets melanin in the skin and its advantage is that it does not damage the surrounding skin tissue.
Laser removal of varicose veins
Dilated veins or spider nevi are an unaesthetic problem, for the solution of which we use a vascular laser, which, with the help of a correctly targeted beam and high temperature, causes coagulation (contraction). It gradually dies and is absorbed
