Acne treatment and postacne
How to get rid of acne and acne scars?
Acne is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin and its treatment can be quite long lasting. During puberty, about 85% of people suffer from it, when the main reason is mainly the overproduction of male hormones. But it also affects adults, in more serious way mainly the male part of the population. During this period, we must look for a reason in the increased activity of the sebaceous glands, for women also in pregnancy, which is associated with hormonal changes. It usually appears on the face, but also on the chest or back. This often causes additional stress, a decrease of self-esteem, which results in a deterioration of the quality of life.
Acne removal is always a long process and requires a lot of patience from the patient. The question of how to get rid of acne can be crucial in adulthood. Although the disease does not endanger the patient’s life, it has very negative effects on self-confidence. It is necessary to start early treatment of acne to prevent scarring of the skin, and thus deepen the negative consequences on the patient’s psyche.
Today’s modern dermatology has a large number of methods of acne treatment – from topical drugs to laser treatment, through skin cleansing and the use of peeling to various depths. These methods are selected and combined individually for each patient, taking into account the causes of the disease as well as the current stages of the disease.
How should you take care of your skin in case of acne?
As part of the fight for clean skin, you should first and foremost focus on proper care, pay attention to a balanced diet and overall reassess your lifestyle. Homecare routine is especially important in skin care. Believe that we will do our best to treat acne so that you can achieve healthy and beautiful skin again.
We treat acne with the following methods:
Chemical peels
Regular use of peelings allows you to achieve smooth and radiant skin. There are 3 types of peelings – the chemical works on the basis of acids, which remove the upper layer of the skin, and thus help to its subsequent renewal. The classic mechanical (abrasive) peeling contains fine grains that abrade scales and other imperfections. Enzymatic peeling contains fruit acids, so-called enzymes, which accelerate the exfoliation process, are very gentle on the skin and their uniqueness lies in the fact that they are also suitable for sensitive skin.
They all have a common goal, to remove the surface layer of the skin, which leads to its renewal and rejuvenation. They are gentle and effective products based on salicylic acid, which help to exfoliate the skin, and also contain products that prevent a new outbreak of inflammation.
IPL phototherapy
One of the reasons that leads to acne is bacteria such as propionibacterium acnes, which during their existence produce substances called porphyrin. It is activated under the influence of light radiation and enters into chemical reactions with other components of skin secretions. Subsequently, new chemical compounds are formed that attack propion bacteria. As a result, these bacteria kill themselves. Phototherapy is one of the most effective methods of instrumental dermatology.
Mesotherapy, Biorevitalization
Mesotherapy
Originally from France, an anti-age method for improving and hydrating the skin through the application of nutritious cocktails, vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and plant extracts. Mesotherapeutic vitamin cocktails stimulate fibroblast cells to produce more collagen and fight the signs of aging.
Biorevitalization
Biotevitalization uses hyaluronic acid with a higher concentration. This natural skin therapy helps to ensure optimal skin hydration, restoring its healthy color, elasticity and elasticity. This not only helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but also provides the basic building blocks of nutrition that help stimulate the skin’s natural ability to rejuvenate. Hyaluronic acid is an essential element of the connective tissue responsible for maintaining skin hydration and a youthful appearance. By stimulating fibroblast production and supporting connective tissue, biorevitalization can significantly improve skin condition and resilience.
Laser acne treatment
When using a laser for acne, we have demonstrable results even where the previous treatment has failed. The effectiveness of laser therapy is based on the fact that the targeted action of the laser beam destroys bacteria in the upper and deeper layers of the skin, reduces the production of sebaceous glands, removes surface irritation and performs a comprehensive healing of the skin. Laser acne removal can also be applied to serious forms of the disease, where we achieve a significant improvement in the condition of the skin.
Other methods used
Acne treatment is very individual. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment. The basis is well-cleansed skin, in which there is no space for unwanted bacteria causing inflammation. Therefore, a comprehensive deep cleansing will help you fight acne. PRP treatment worked well for some patients in combination with IPL phototherapy and biostimulation laser treatment.

Having acne scars?
We will advise you how to deal with it
Deep acne can permanently damage your skin and lead to scars that can cause trauma. We have a solution. We recommend laser resurfacing for scars using a fractional CO2 laser. The treatment is based on the ability of laser radiation to stimulate metabolic processes in the tissues, thanks to which the complete renewal of the cell structure begins. The essence of the method lies in the evaporation of damaged cells, which occurs due to their ability to absorb light. Instead od evaporated cells, healthy tissue is created, smooth and even, the scars are evened out and the appearance of the affected skin is significantly improved.
